- Density must be at least 45 lbs per cubic foot
- 60" x 24" max. - ¼" min. thickness
- Carbon steel scrap prepared to insure compact charging
- No crawler track of chain
- No large valves
- No electric motors
- No oilfield drill bits or alloy oilfield pipe
- No automotive scrap
- No rebar
- No more than 10% pipe by weight - pipe larger than 6" in dia. must be split or smashed.
- No condensor tubes (heat exchanger tubing)
- No cables - unless free of excessive grease and properly prepared
- No finned pipe

No scrap shall contain radioactive material, hazardous waste, or closed containers
